The Topa Topa Lodge website is FINALLY back online!
So, we have a couple anouncements for you!

1. The Topa Topa Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is on Saturday, September 26th, 2009! That's right around the corner!!! Tell your OA friends to come, and if you are an incoming Chapter or Lodge Officer or Chairman, you MUST attend. However, attendance is not restricted to those people only, if you would like to attend you can! We will have plenty of information and packets given out to those who attend!

2. The Topa Topa Lodge Annual Recognition Dinner is also on Saturday, September 26th, 2009! This again, is mandatory for all those who are going to be Chapter and Lodge Officers, AND mandatory for those who were 2008 - 2009 Lodge and Chapter Officers. The doors open at 5:00pm, at the Wilma Melville's Hangar at the Santa Paula Airport. The cost will be $25 per person, and will be the final event covered for all you Gopher Pass Holders.

3. The Fall Ordeal is October 9th - 11th.

Hey Everyone!

The Lodge Picnic is coming up on Saturday June 13th, 2009 at The First Presbytarian Church in Oxnard, CA!

Come with us to Play some horseshoes, volleyball and other fun! The cost is only Five Dollars! Lodge Elections will be taking place at the Picnic, and the Chapter's need people to vote!

Those who want to run for a Lodge Position, make sure that you give your Letter of Intent to Run to John Chinn, Lodge Adviser, before the picnic.

Contact your Chapter Chief to let them know if you are attending, and how many people your going to bring.

Hey Everyone!

I would first like to congratulate all of the 2008 New Vigil Members. Congratulations.

Second I would like to list some dates for everyone.

Coming up on November 14th - 16th the Western Region is holding its National Leadership Seminar. If you would like to attend please head over to the Western Region Website and download the form. This form must be signed by the Lodge Adviser, and the Staff Adviser before you go, so please contact the Lodge Chief (Chief@topatopa.org - or visit the Lodge Officers Page) when you want to attend. The normal fee is $130 but because the early registration is over, it will cost $230 to attend.

Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) Meeting
November 20th, 2008. This is one week early! It is on the third thursday of the month in November and December because of the Holidays. Please plan accordingly.

Winter Fellowship
January 23rd - 25th


If there are any Brotherhood Eligible Ordeal Members that would like to attain Brotherhood Membership in 2008 please contact Andrew Martin, the Lodge Chief (chief@topatopa.org) for more details.

The Lodge Secretary will be elected by the Lodge Executive Committee since no one ran for the position during the picnic elections.
